  • About

Dominica produces some glorious rum. The tiny mountainous island lying between Martinique and Guadeloupe also produces glorious limes, and is in fact the home of Rose’s Lime Juice. The combination of rum and lime produces the best rum punch I have ever had.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Dominica rum, or use a light rum from Martinique or Guadeloupe
  • ½ oz. lime juice<

Method

Combine the rum, lime juice, simple syrup, bitters and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain over ice cubes in a small tumbler. Garnish with the cherry.
