This drink is named after the tree which grows in Curaçao. All the branches lean to one side. The significance of the name applied to the drink escapes me.

Ingredients

  • oz. light rum
  • ½ oz. Curaçao
  • 1 teaspoon

Method

Combine the rum, Curaçao, lime juice, and bitters in a mixing glass and stir well. Pour over the ice cubes in a glass.
