Peach Daiquiri

• 2 oz. light rum
• ½ medium-sized ripe fresh peach, peeled and coarsely chopped
• 1 tablespoon<

Combine all the ingredients in an electric blender and blend at high speed for about 30 seconds. Pour into a thoroughly chilled champagne glass and serve with short drinking straws.
