Ingredients

  • 2 oz. light rum
  • ½ oz. Cointreau
  • ¼ pint

Method

Combine the rum, Cointreau, pineapple and lime juice in an electric blender and blend quickly at high speed. Taste and blend in a little caster sugar, if necessary. Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour in the daiquiri.
