  • 2 oz. light or dark rum, according to taste
  • 2 oz. milk

Method

Combine the rum, milk, crushed ice, Angostura hitters and sugar in a mixing glass and swizzle to a foam. Pour into a glass and grate a little fresh nutmeg on top, or sprinkle with cinnamon.
