  • About

This punch follows a very old formula that is still popular both in the island and in England. It is charming in its simplicity and leaves the choice of rum, light or dark, up to the drinker.

Ingredients

  • One of sour - 1 oz. lime juice
  • Two of sweet -

Method

Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass and stir well. Chill, pour into a tumbler and serve with a dash of Angostura bitters and a grating of nutmeg. If liked, garnish with a sprig of mint, or a lime leaf.
