If you do not like tofu, try this recipe. These kebabs are well seasoned due to the long marinating, and the sauce has just the right amount of kick to complement the chewy morsels of tofu. Make these large for dinner or lunch or do mini ones for appetizers.

  1. To marinate the tofu, combine the soy sauce, sugar, garlic, Jamaican Jerk Seasoning, bitters, liquid smoke, thyme, orange juice, optional orange zest, and optional hot pepper sauce in a shallow dish. Add the tofu and let marinate for 3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. The longer the tofu marinates, the more flavor it will have.
