Oh la la, they did it again! The French brought this dish over, and the native people of the French West Indies made it theirs by adding a bit more oomph. The recipe is classic, but this version contains more pepper, a kiss of curry, and Scotch bonnets to spice things up a bit. This dish can be served with rice, roasted potatoes, or creamy mashed potatoes.
