Jam Buns

The British may call these buns, and Americans will call them cookies, but whatever you call them, they have become one of my top five baked goods to give people during the holidays. They are one of the first things I learned to bake at school. I do not remember them tasting this good, so maybe it is the vegan twist to the recipe. Use whatever jam you like, or a mixture of jams for a stunning presentation. It is best to mix this dough by hand.
