Arrowroot biscuits are light, flavorful biscuits that I grew up eating as a child. Arrowroot is grown on Saint Vincent and Saint Martin and is used to make arrowroot powder or flour, which are in fact the same product. These are no fuss at all to make.

Put the flour, arrowroot, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl and stir to combine.
