With Tapenade

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of brioche or good bread
  • ½ quantity of Tapenade
  • 4 small goats’ cheeses, marinated in oil
  • freshly ground black pepper

Method

Toast the brioche or bread lightly on both sides. Spread with Tapenade. Slice the goats’ cheeses and arrange over the Tapenade, covering completely. Grind a little pepper over the top, and grill for about 5 minutes, until nicely browned.
