Method

Tear the chicken into bite-sized pieces and spread in a thick layer in a gratin dish. Cover generously with the sauce and sprinkle over a thick layer of breadcrumbs. Bake in a preheated oven, 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6, for 20–30 minutes, until well-browned
