Banana Fritters

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • breadcrumbs
  • oil for deep-frying

Method

Cut the bananas in half, dip them into the beaten egg, then roll them in breadcrumbs. Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up. Heat the oil to 180°C/350°F and deep-fry until crisp and golden brown. Drain briefly on kitchen paper.
