This is a terrifically rich and luxurious chocolate and coffee iced mousse, or parfait. The recipe was first given to us by a customer and was an instant hit. Some time later, food writer Geraldene Holt visited the restaurant and was thrilled to see it on the menu. It turned out to be a recipe she had created many years before!
