These brown sugar meringues make a nice change from ordinary meringues. They are not quite so sweet, and have a hint of caramel. Serve them with whipped cream or, even nicer, with thick, yellow clotted cream, and soft fruit, or pipe tiny rosettes to serve with coffee.
