These pork chops are very flavorful and juicy. Once you make the Southern Seasoning Mix (or use a purchased rub) they take just minutes to cook. Top them with the Oven-Roasted Wild Mushrooms or sautéed onions, or serve them au naturel with mashed potatoes. Store any remaining rub in a small covered jar in a cool, dark place. The blend is great for seasoning Southern Fried Catfish.
