Cut each chicken thigh into four.
In a large bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, coriander, cinnamon, oregano, mint and dill with the garlic and olive oil. Add the chicken pieces and mix well, then leave to marinate for at least 4 hours and ideally overnight.
Set your oven to at least 230Β°C. Put the onion halves on a foil-lined tray and push the skewers
