  • 250 g raw prawns, chopped
  • 8 g ginger, chopped
  • 1 gar

Method

In a blender, pulse the prawns with the ginger, garlic and spring onion to form a paste. Add the egg whites and blend until combined, then lightly season with the salt. Store over ice when not in use.
