We first did these at Aizle 1.0. We used to make them every day and, due to the unpredictable nature of guessing how many covers we would do each night, there were always leftovers. So, after service we would put them up for the staff to snack on and I’m sure it kept some of them with us for longer than they would have been otherwise as they were hooked.
