Ingredients

  • 50 g linseed
  • 50 g hot water
  • sea salt

Method

In a bowl, combine the linseeds and water and let sit for 15 minutes. Mix together with salt to taste.

Spread the mix on dehydrator trays as thinly as possible and place in the dehydrator overnight on high. You can also do this in an oven set to 70°C, but the crackers might not be as crispy.

Break the crackers into 6cm pieces.
