Buttermilk Fried Chicken, Tamarind, Coffee

Even though we had to take the fried chicken and waffles off the menu at Noto, we kept the chicken element with the katsu sandwich and this good and simple dish. Everyone has their preferred ways to serve fried chicken but this is my favourite. Use double the recipe of Buttermilk Fried Chicken.
