  • 200 g light soy sauce
  • 180 g brown sugar
  • 200

Method

Mix together the soy, brown sugar and apple juice in a small saucepan and warm over a low heat until the sugar melts. Allow to cool and stir in the crushed garlic, ginger, sesame oil and spring onions. Pour this over the pork belly and leave to marinate in the fridge for 4 hours.

Preheat the oven to 150°C
