Put the flour, sugar, salt and yeast into a stand mixer with the dough hook attachment.
Warm the milk to 35°C and pour it over the dry ingredients, then mix on a medium speed until completely incorporated. Now add the eggs one at time, allowing the first one to be full incorporated before you add the second.
Add the butter a few cubes at a time, making sure they are fully incorp
