  • 300 g strong white bread flour

Method

Add the flour, sugar, yeast, baking powder and salt to a bowl, then mix in the yoghurt and warm water. Knead until you have a soft dough, then add the melted butter and knead again.

Prove the dough in a bowl covered with clingfilm for 1 hour.
