Soda Bread

• 200 g wholemeal flour
• 85 g plain flour
• 6 g

It’s worth either sourcing decent rendered beef fat from your butcher or making it yourself as it really improves the bread’s final flavour.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Mix the dry ingredients (the flours, baking powder and salt) together in one bowl and the wet (the but
