A take on lemonade that includes some of my favourite ingredients. I have spent a lot of time in Bali and have incorporated my favourites here for a refreshing yet zingy drink!

Ingredients

  • 1 litre (34 fl oz/4 cups) coconut water
  • a thumbnail-size

Method

Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blitz until smooth. You don’t need to peel the ginger or turmeric roots, just wash them well.

Once blended, strain through a sieve and add the lemonade to a glass bottle(s).
