Have you ever pickled a sprout? If not, I urge you to give this recipe a go. It is easy, delicious and a great sweet and sour condiment to go with heavier Christmas dishes. This is one to make ahead and let time do its thing.
Sterilise a large Kilner jar (make sure this has an accompanying rubber seal) by pouring a cup of boiling water into the jar, putting the lid on and swirling the water around. Empty the jar and set aside.
