Method

Add the broccoli to a large pot of heavily salted boiling water and cook it for a few minutes. You want it to be still bright green, but not quite done. If you are afraid you have overcooked it, put it in ice water to stop the cooking. Remove it from the water and set aside, return the water to a boil, and add the pasta.

You can make the sauce in a large pan big enough to hold the finis
