At Parlour hummus enthusiast Jesse Dunford Wood serves hummus with a rosemary flatbread which is not so traditional but works extremely well, he says. “The flavour of rosemary lifts the flatbread to a new height and marries perfectly with the hummus. The chickpeas in the recipe are cooked from dry as opposed to from a tin and have, consequently, more flavour.
