Ingredients: Crispy grilled bacon; Butter for spreading; Fried egg, some people use boiled eggs but I prefer the taste and texture of a nice fried egg.; A whole green olive and a small pickle with food picks to hold the triangles in place; Iceberg lettuce; Mayonnaise mixed with a touch of English mustard; Slices of bread — preferably two day old sliced by hand (see toast); Thinly sliced freshly cooked chicken breast, lightly seasoned (the best way is on a plancha); Thinly sliced tomatoes
