Ingredients

  • ½ garlic clove
  • salt flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Harissa

Method

  1. Crush the garlic with a pinch of salt using a mortar and pestle until very smooth, then stir in the harissa. Whisk in the vinegar followed by the oil and season with salt and pepper.
