  • 230 g (8 oz) masa harina flour

Method

  1. Put the flour and salt in the bowl of a freestanding electric mixer and attach the dough hook. Turn the machine to low speed and add half of the water. Mix to form a thick paste, then add the remaining water in stages to form a smooth dough. Knead for a further 3–4 minutes and then remove the dough from the bowl.
