Method

  1. Combine the seeds in a dry non-stick saucepan. Place the pan over medium heat and toast the seeds, moving them back and forth in the pan until evenly toasted to golden brown.
  2. Remove the pan from the heat and add the tamari, stirring well to ensure the seeds are fully coated in the sauce. Leave in the pan to cool. Once cool, break the crunchy seeds into small pi
