Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 garlic clove, finely grated with a microplane
  • 2 spring onions (scallions), trimme

Method

  1. Cut the avocados in half, discard the stones and scoop out the flesh with a spoon. Put the avocado flesh in a blender with the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Alternatively, use a fork to mash the ingredients together for a coarser consistency.
