  • 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • salt flakes, to taste</

Method

  1. Mix the vinegar with the mustard, salt, pepper and lemon zest. Slowly whisk in the olive oil to emulsify.
