  • 2 tablespoons caster (superfine) sugar
  • 3 tablespoons boiling water

Method

  1. Put the sugar in a small heatproof bowl and pour over the boiling water. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Store in a jar in the fridge for up to 5 days.
