Dewi, our manager at B&P, is from Indonesia and she has very kindly shared her delish green sambal recipe with me, which she loves to eat for breakfast with deep-fried boiled eggs. This is great with rice for a bit more energy in the morning and to soak up every last bit of that amazing green chilli sambal. Thanks Dewi, you are awesome.
