Picture this, if you will. Soft, pillowy home-made pita bread spread with delicious hummus, topped with fragrant spicy lamb, crunchy pine nuts and fresh mint, then all brought together with a runny egg and lifted with a touch of lemon and harissa-dressed coriander (cilantro) leaves. I would be happy with this every day.
