Anything green is generally very good for you, so why not combine all things green and good into a delicious and nutritious breakfast? This is especially great during the warmer months when you’re looking for something light and rejuvenating to start the day.



  • 2 handfuls baby English spinach
  • 2 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
  • 2 green apple


  1. Place all of the prepared smoothie ingredients (except the ice cubes) into containers or freezer bags and freeze overnight. Put two freezer-proof serving bowls into the freezer overnight.
  2. The next morning, put all of the frozen ingredients and the ice cubes in a high-speed or bar blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth, green and thick. Transfer to the chill
