Filled with chorizo, potato, capsicum (bell pepper) and scrambled egg, these are awesome for breakfast on the run. Simply load ’em and wrap ’em, then you’re good to go.

Ingredients

  • 2 king edward potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 cm (½ in) dice
  • 1 capsicum (bell pepper), seeded and cut into 1 cm (½ in) dice

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Cook the potatoes in a saucepan of salted boiling water for 5 minutes to soften. Drain and place on a baking tray with the capsicum pieces. Drizzle the olive oil over the top and season with salt and pepper. Cook in the oven fo
