  1. Put the flour, cocoa powder, icing sugar and salt in the bowl of a freestanding electric mixer and attach the paddle. Turn the machine to low and add the butter, then mix until you have a fine sandy mix. Add the egg and egg yolk and mix again until the dough starts to come together.
