Aloo tikki are fritters often made with white potatoes, but I like to replace these with sweet potatoes. They are the perfect savoury afternoon treat when friends come round, accompanied by a chutney and a steaming cup of masala chai, but particularly moreish so be sure to make a big batch!

Ingredients

  • 4 large sweet potatoes, skin on
  • 5-6 tbsp fine golden breadcrumbs
