  • About

In Bengal, fish bora are known as ‘macher bora’ and these little snacks are always a welcome treat either to have on their own, with a chutney, or as part of a meal such as the cherry tomato masoor dal and rice. You can use whatever fish you have to hand, cooked and then flaked. We tend to make these with tinned tuna, which works well and is easily available.
