  • About

Rasam powder is an integral part of the South Indian soup called rasam. The soup itself is hot, sour, sweet and salty and is one of my go-to lunches for a little pick-me-up, especially during the winter months when I need warming from the inside. You can make it as hot as you want depending on the variety of red chillies that you use. If you want less heat, opt for dried red Kashmiri chillies.
