Sauté slivered bamboo in oil and soy sauce until all the liquid has evaporated. Meanwhile, mix together the remaining ingredients and stir until dissolved. Add to the bamboo and sauté until all the liquid has evaporated; then reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and after 2 or 3 minutes serve it, stirring once or twice.
