  • ¾ lb. dry noodles or 1 lb. fresh noodles
  • 5 pints

Method

You can use dry or fresh noodles.

Boil them in water until just tender. Drain the noodles in a colander, rinse them under the cold tap until cooled, and shake off excess water. Dribble oil over the noodles and blend with chopsticks.
