  • 2 cakes (8 oz.) bean curd
  • Fat for frying

Method

Split each cake of bean curd in two by slicing it horizontally with a cleaver. Cut each square comer to corner to make 8 triangles. Pat the slices dry and fry them until golden brown in fat. Serve them hot or lukewarm with a sauce made of the remaining ingredients.
