  • 5 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • ½ level teaspoon MSG

Method

Beat the eggs, water and MSG together. Pour 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mixture into a heated, greased frying pan, and tip it to make the thinnest possible layer. Stack the layers on top of one another, roll them up, and cut them into the thinnest possible slivers.
