  • 3 oz. vermicelli, parboiled
  • ¼ lb. pork liver, thinly sliced
  • Black pepper

Method

Heat the noodles gently and, when heated through, stir in the liver. When the liver is just cooked (30 to 60 seconds), serve the dish at once, adding pepper and vinegar to taste.
