  • Fat for deep-frying</

Method

Cut the white meat and the dark meat of the chicken into eight pieces each, making sixteen pieces in all. Soak the pieces in the marinade for 3 to 6 hours. Dust them with cornflour, and fry them in deep fat until well browned.
